		<description>I think you will be fine with the equipment and topic list through 2009.  They review the concepts and ideas for CCIE topics on an ongoing basis.

There are a number of things in play for why or why not changes occur!  Cisco has many thing being worked on, but nothing we need to be concerned with right now!

The next set of changes (IMHO) will be announced mid-2009, likely at Networkers, and then effective in 2010.</description>

In a month from now I will start my CCIE (R&amp;S) prep, and hopefully Ill be doing my lab by the end of 2009, Im just concerned about buying my lab equipment now and finding out cisco has made major changes...
