I am practicing this feature to aquaint myself with the way cisco does this in the lab, I followed your directions exactly as stated above and ran into several issues:

1. when I select "From here select Cisco IOS Release 12.4 Master Indexes, and then Cisco IOS Master Commands List, Release 12.4" it takes me here--http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios124/124mindx/index.htm
here and there is no 12.4 master index only links to "Cisco IOS New, Modified, Replaced, and Removed Commands, Release 12.3(14)T"

now this is an incoplete list of adds and changes since the last release. If you are trying to quickly determine how to find something like NAT at least online (I dont know if the LAB actually goes to cisco.com to search for the content or if it is stored localy. Anyway the link you mention is also broken on the ip nat inside source IAD-144 link i got first: a redirect site and then "The Page You Have Requested Is Not Available" I hope this doesent happen on the actual LAB, it would add a whole new dynamic to an already difficult test.

Oh and while navigating the site looking for IAD 144 i got this: The Cisco Connection Online (CCO) website, also known as UniverCD, is being discontinued. Please access the Cisco IOS Release 12.4 command references from the following URL:http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6350/prod_command_reference_list.htm

is this going to change on the test?

Hi Brian,

Thank you for your helpful information. I would like to know more about the DocCD accessing in real Lab: which browser (Firefox, IE..) allowed (installed) on PC in lab room? Does it support Tab function?

Thanks and Best Regards,
Khoa Le
