If you are trying to quickly determine how to find something like NAT at least online (I dont know if the LAB actually goes to cisco.com to search for the content or if it is stored localy. Anyway the link you mention is also broken on the ip nat inside source IAD-144 link i got first: a redirect site and then "The Page You Have Requested Is Not Available" I hope this doesent happen on the actual LAB, it would add a whole new dynamic to an already difficult test.
